Daniel Razzetto is the Managing Partner at RSM Argentina, the RSM International member firm in Buenos Aires.

He has founded 30 years ago Razzetto-López & Asociados firm. This firm merged with Rodríguez Córdoba´s firm in 1999, positioning and remaining steadily in the first levels of the ranking of national firms specializing in audit, tax and consulting.

Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant - Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) - Post graduated in Company Law

He has an extensive professional experience acquired and developed during all these years advising companies and individuals both local and foreign. Daniel acquired significant experience assisting clients in the areas of Corporate, Bankruptcy, Corporate Reorganizations, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Valuation, Capital Markets, Due Diligence, Consulting, and also develops today as consultant and compliance officer on Money Laundering.

Daniel has developed a vast knowledge in the field of sports law and nonprofit institutions as a combination of professional specialization and he has been 8 years chairing the Quilmes Athletic Club. He remains until today as a person consultation on these matters and permanent exhibitor of national and international forums on matters of Sports Law.

His native language is Spanish, but he is fluent in English.
