Ross is a Director of the Business Advisory division in Fremantle and Esperance and the National Leader of Agribusiness. Ross provides advice to small and medium sized enterprises on a range of issues including taxation, cashflow management and asset protection. Prior to joining the firm full time in 2000, Ross was involved in broad acre farming in Esperance.
Keiran is a Director of the Business Advisory division in Moora and is responsible for the areas of the Wheatbelt, Midwest and North West of WA.

Having commenced his accounting career in 1990, Vernon has worked for both a reputable West Perth accounting firm and RSM gaining a broad range of experience.
Grace completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of WA in 2000, majoring in accounting and finance. She returned to work in Singapore for two years before joining her husband in Esperance in 2002. She became a chartered accountant in 2004 and has worked with RSM since 2007.

Having commenced her accounting career in 1986 with Arthur Anderson (South Africa), Jo-Anne gained her initial experience in audit. This was followed by a move to London, working in various commercial accounting roles and then settling in Australia in 1993.

Paul commenced his career with RSM in 2014 having started his tax and accounting career in 2011. Prior to this he held various management positions in major banks spanning over 23 years working alongside small to medium enterprises in growing their businesses.

Jayne is an assistant manager in RSM's Mandurah office. Prior to RSM, Jayne worked in a mid-tier public practice where she completed her Chartered Accountancy, and gained relevant experience providing advice to small businesses, investors and large retail groups.
