Payroll and HR consultant (Zaventem)

In order to strengthen our enthusiastic team, we are currently looking for an equally enthusiastic colleague for our office in Zaventem.
As payroll and HR consultant, you not only ensure that our client’s payroll administration runs smoothly, but you also assist a lot of clients with other HR-related matters.
You are the central point of contact for the clients and you guarantee, together with the team, client satisfaction.
The responsibilities vary from client to client and range from payroll administration to external HR department, including advice on labour and social law matters, considering your personal interests and skills.
We are looking for a likeable, dynamic and communicative personality; proactive, social, eager to learn, accurate and client-friendly. This job is ideally suited for someone with minimum 4 years relevant experience in the field of payroll administration or HR. Being able to work independently is part of the job but functioning in a team is also a necessary characteristic. Furthermore, we expect knowledge of Excel. Experience with payroll software is an advantage. Given the frequent contact with foreign customers, we expect a good knowledge of the English language, spoken as well as written (native language Dutch or French, knowledge of German is an asset). Clients’ deadlines do not discourage you and you work in a result-oriented way.
