Juan Carlos Hayes

Director, Corporate Governance

Juan Carlos has a professional career of 30 years of experience in Chile and abroad. Before joining RSM, he served as Vice President of Citibank, Vice President of Scotiabank and Manager of Cencosud. As a Consultant, he has been a partner at Hayes & Corp and HBC.

He is an Accountant Accountant Auditor from the University of Santiago, a training that he complemented with a Master in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Later, he began his international training with the Management Program course in Michigan (Ann Arbor), Corporate Governance at Harvard and Innovation at Stanford.

He is also a university professor in various chairs: Corporate Governance, People Management, Change Management and Labor Relations in MBA from Universidad del Desarrollo and Universidad de Santiago.
