RSM's approach to implementing RPA in your business
RSM implements RPA in three stages
- RPA Rapid Assessment® - 2-4 weeks readiness assessment process to determine feasibility within an organization and develop a framework for the software. This process may include little proof of concept and identify the requirements for licensing.
- RPA Pilot - 1-3 months process takes RPA to the stage of production. An initial environment is set up and two to four processes are put into production. Initial client training is undertaken, and ROI is confirmed.
- RPA Scale-up - Throughout this 6 - 12 month process, a final plan is put into effect and business users are enabled. To drive the RPA operating model, a centre of excellence (CoE) is set up to embed automation effectively into the organization and redistribute accumulated knowledge, and the robotic development life cycle (RDLC) is implemented. At this stage, ongoing support plans are also developed.
