About Automation Anywhere

Automation Anywhere is a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), automating end-to-end business processes with software bots – digital workers that perform repetitive and manual tasks, resulting in dramatic productivity gains, improved customer experience and more engaged employees. The company offers the world’s only web-based and cloud-native intelligent automation platform combining RPA, artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics to help organizations rapidly start and scale their process automation journey.

Although RPA can be applied across any repeatable, rule-driven business process, it is most frequently deployed in the following sample use cases:

Finance and accounting:

  • Order to cash / Accounts receivable
  • Procure to pay / Accounts payable
  • Record to report

Sales and marketing:

  • Vendor management
  • Sales orders and quoting
  • Trends and competitor tracking

Supply chain:

  • Invoicing
  • Contract Analysis and Processing

Human resources and payroll:

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Employee data management
  • Payroll processes

RSM's approach to RPA:

RSM implements RPA in three stages:

  1. RPA Rapid Assessment® - 2-4 weeks assessment process to determine RPA feasibility within an organization and to develop a framework for RPA. This process may include little proof of concept and identify the requirements for licensing.

  2. RPA Pilot - 1-3 months process takes RPA to the stage of production. An initial environment is set up and two to four processes are put into production. Initial client training is undertaken, and ROI is confirmed.

  3. RPA Scale-up - Throughout this 6-12 month process, a final plan is put into effect and business users are enabled. To drive the RPA operating model, a center of excellence is set up and the robotic development life cycle (RDLC) is implemented. At this stage, ongoing support plans are also developed.
