Oswald has more than 18 years’ professional experience in the business valuation, fixed assets valuation, financing and merger &acquisition projects, covering the PRC, Hong Kong, PRC, major South-East Asia countries/ regions, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, United States, Europe and Australia, etc.

 

Oswald is a qualified valuer for IPOs and M&A# ,with extensive experience in business valuation. He has signed for over 100 valuation reports prepared for IPOs and transactions. Therefore, he has sophisticated knowledge in the compliance requirements from the regulators, and capital market activities. He has been invited by The Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School to deliver guest lectures in the course “Hospitality Properties Mergers and Acquisitions” since 2018.

 

 
  

Mr. Noah Wong

Noah Wong is a Director of RSM Consulting (Hong Kong) Limited. He provides services for measurement of business enterprises, equity instruments, debt instruments, derivative instruments, convertible bonds, intangible assets, incremental borrowing rates, expected credit losses, employee share options and financial guarantees for financial reporting, transaction support, tax filing and management reference purposes, in accordance with IVS, IFRS, ISA, HKFRS, HKSA, listing rules and tax rules.

 

Mr. Wong provides valuation audit and review services and assists clients in building financial models and performing project appraisals for listed companies in various sectors such as listed companies in biotechnology, asset management, money lending, private equity and venture capital. He often delivers seminars, trainings and consultations to professional bodies and board of directors.
