In this last video, Peta suggests that leaders check in with their people and look at the resources available such as ‘employee assistance programmes’, as well as communicating them regularly to raise awareness of them internally. She also looks at ways that we can build resilience through being able to bounce, having courage, developing creativity and connection. Lastly, she talks about us working on and utilising our own ‘performance supply chain’ so that we can counteract each element of the downward spiral, thus creating a ‘tolerance of uncertainty’.
