The successful candidate will provide support in the provision of HR Advisory and Strategic HR services to a broad range of domestic and international clients.   Ideally, applicants will have 3+ years’ experience working in a HR Generalist and/ or HR Consulting role and due to the large number of public sector clients, knowledge/ experience working in or with the public sector is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will lead our workplace investigations and  employee relations advisory services. Ideally, applicants will be commercially focused and will have 5+ years’ experience working in the field of Employment Law and Employee Relations with experience of conducting and managing Workplace Investigations. The ideal candidate will also have developed an interest in the developing field of Protected Disclosures.
