Bahrullo Mulloev has been engaged in professional activities since 1994 immediately after graduating from a higher educational institution and at the moment is the Managing Partner of RSM Tajikistan LLC.  Mr.

Firuz Saidov, Partner on international contracts, supervises consulting and audit assignments funded by international organizations and donors. With international experience since 1998, Mr. Saidov has led a number of large-scale national and international assignments for institutional donors and intergovernmental institutions. Mr.

Marina Shamilova is a Partner and Director of RSM Legal Tajikistan. Over 15 years of experience working with local and international, for profit and non-profit organizations.

Timur Abdulaev is a Partner of RSM Legal Tajikistan, a subsidiary of RSM Tajikistan. He has been working in the field of jurisprudence since 2004.

Olga Belkina has experience in the audit field since 2009. At the current stage of her professional career, Mrs.Belkina is the Chief Financial Officer of RSM Tajikistan.

Mr.Fatkhuddinov started his professional career in 2009 with an auditing company. Due to his perseverance and dedication, Mr.Fatkhuddinov was appointed as the Director of RSM Outsors Tajikistan.

Maftun Baratov is a highly qualified auditor with 10 years of experience in the banking sector, as well as in the energy, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Mr.Baratov possesses the most important audit skills: communication skills, analytical thinking, in-depth knowledge of professional standards and statutory regulations, IFRS and ISA standards.

Ms. Saidova has more than 6 years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing and has consulting experience on accounting, finance, taxation, analysis and forecasts financial activities of the entities, analysis and evaluation of business projects. Ms.

Mr. Alijon Khudoyorov is a Manager in consulting services department within the firm. Mr. Alijon has graduated from the Tajik State National University, faculty of International Economic Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bellevue University, USA.

Mr. Sabirov Habib is a Senior Auditor  in providing accounting and auditing services. He has  experience in accounting and auditing as well as three years’ experience in financial and accounting consulting. Mr.
