Supervisor - Internal Audit

To support our expanding Business Advisory Services division, we invite applications from pro-active and dynamic individuals for the position of Supervisor - Internal Audit. The  Supervisor will be responsible  for supporting the Director / AD in the overall administration of the Advisory Services Practice (Risk Advisory Services and Business Advisory Services), within the firm and will report to the service line Partner and the Director (on a needs basis). 

Success in the role requires the professional to be equally proficient in managing the practice and its clients, within the overarching policies established by the firm and under the leadership of the service line Partner and Director.

The role requires ensuring that engagement delivery is done in accordance with terms of the engagement.  The professional is required to be well informed about the larger macro-economic environment, within which the firm and its clients are operating and ensuring that all engagements are delivered within the established criterion of profitable engagement economics. Should the professional possess subject matter experience, it will be expected of the professional to promote the same regionally and undertake engagements that are mutually beneficial to both the host and recipient practice.

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Execute engagements either individually or as a part of a team;
  • Practice development

Specialized Tasks:

  • Undertake research on the client and its industry as required
  • Follow the approved engagement approach and undertake engagement execution
  • Assist in structuring of deliverables including preparation of working papers, process flow charts, draft reports as required
  • Undertake status update meetings with the client and hot review with Engagement Partner / Director
  • Undertake quality assurance, prior to forwarding for Engagement Partner’s review
  • Update engagement file for Quality Review purposes


  • Preferably a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution; CA or CIA
  • A Bachelors’ degree in  business related disciplines
  • 5 - 6 years in relevant fields and with firms of international repute 

Required knowledge:

  • Understanding of business processes
  • Understanding of Risk Advisory Services
  • Strategic advisory ~ for business and risk assessments
  • Research database usage
