Draft Guide on Transitional Rules – Change in Service Tax Rate and Draft Guide on Logistics Services

We are pleased to share with you on the recent Draft Guide issued by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) on the transitional rules for the change in Service Tax rate from 6% to 8% and the Draft Guide on Logistics Services. Please note that this draft guides are still under review by the Ministry of Finance and may subject to changes once the relevant legislation is gazetted.
