BIOGRAPHY

Francis is the Senior Partner of the Audit & Assurance Division of RSM Malaysia with over 30 years of experience in audit and advisory services across Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, trading, services, technology, construction, oil and gas, telecommunications, entertainment and media, and utilities.

During the span of his career, he has led multi-disciplinary teams on projects across more than 20 countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia, and has advised leading global and regional organisations on financial reporting, and transaction support services. He also served as the Asia-Pacific representative on the UK-based Integrated Reporting (IR) Council.

Known for his strong interpersonal capabilities at the C-suite level, Francis has consistently resolved complex financial, accounting, and operational challenges. He has successfully led cross-border, multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective governance, process optimisation, and results-driven client outcomes.
