BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Phang Oy Lin is a seasoned accounting and audit professional with over 30 years of experience in financial reporting, audit management, and corporate advisory.

She began her professional journey in the United Kingdom and subsequently built an extensive career with EY Malaysia, where she advanced from Senior Audit Associate to Audit Partner. During her tenure, she led audits for large public-listed and multinational companies, advised on complex accounting issues, and guided teams in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.

Beyond audit, Oy Lin has also held senior leadership positions in corporate finance and advisory, where she played key roles in financial restructuring, performance management, and compliance reviews.

Known for her integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, she is a respected mentor and leader in the accounting profession.
