Azizbek Jalilov

Azizbek joined RSM Uzbekistan in 2024 as a Lawyer and currently practices within the RSM Legal team. He brings more than six years of legal experience in Uzbekistan, spanning commercial, corporate and contract law, the structuring of cross-border transactions, and engagement with state authorities and regulators.

Azizbek's practice covers drafting and negotiating exclusive distribution and sales-agency agreements, joint-venture frameworks, technology-transfer and IP licensing arrangements, EPC and BOT concession contracts, as well as dealership and after-sales agreements. He structures liability and indemnity provisions to mitigate cross-border risk, ensures compliance with Uzbekistan's foreign-trade, customs and currency regulations, and supports dispute-resolution proceedings under ICC rules and the local arbitration framework.

At RSM, Azizbek advises domestic and international clients on corporate governance, minority-investor protection, intellectual-property registration, and engagement with the Ministry of Justice, the Intellectual Property Agency, the National Agency for Project Management in Construction, and other regulators. He also contributes to assignments delivered under the support of international financial institutions, including the Asian Development Bank.
