In this role, he led complex audit engagements from planning through finalization, applied International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and IFRS regulations, and mentored junior associates through on-the-job coaching. His earlier experience at Grant Thornton and Deloitte further deepened his expertise in audit and assurance services. Husniddin also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, London, which broadened his strategic and commercial perspective.

As Audit and Assurance Partner at RSM Uzbekistan, Husniddin oversees the full lifecycle of external audit engagements.
