Johan is Partner in RSM Advokatfirma AS, a lawfirm which forms the tax and legal team connected to RSM. As the former leader of RSM Advokatfirma and Head of Tax in Schjødt AS (2008-14) and Haavind AS (1994-08), Johan possesses broad experience from tax and relating corporate and legal services.

Johan is engaged in establishing and restructuring of corporate structures, both national and international. Furthermore, he is engaged in sales and purchases of businesses, and a lot of his counseling is related to real estate. In addition, he is also experienced as board member for several companies.

Johan is used as lecturer on tax legislation by Center for Continuing Legal Education/The Norwegian BAR Association. In addition Johan lectures on other courses and seminars.
