He began his career with a Big 4 accounting firm, rising to Senior Manager and completing secondments in Chongqing and Macao, which deepened his expertise in Mainland China and cross-border tax matters. His practice spans offshore structuring, treaty-based tax optimisation for international investments and transactions, economic substance planning, advance ruling applications, IPO-related tax advisory and single family office setup. He also has extensive experience in resolving tax disputes with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, guiding clients through complex audits and negotiations. Anthony is dedicated to providing commercially practical and technically robust tax solutions that support international expansion and regulatory compliance. He works closely with clients to develop tax-efficient operating models aligned with their strategic objectives and evolving compliance needs. She brings over 25 years of experience in solution consulting, cloud treasury and payments, enterprise and operational risk management, risk consulting, and audit. Prior to Kyriba, Chin Shiang was part of the LSEG’s (previously Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters) integrated risk management business in Asia Pacific. Chin Shiang is a Chartered Accountant with an Accountancy honours degree from the Singapore Nanyang Technological University.
