Bertha Liu

Bertha obtained a Bachelor of Art (Honors) in Accounting and Finance, the U.K. Qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, Bertha joined RSM Hong Kong in 2002 and became a Partner in 2014.

Bertha has extensive experience in providing audit and assurance services to clients operating in a variety of industries including vessels chartering, operation and maintenance of toll roads and bridges, manufacturing and sales of medical devices, retailing, construction and engineering, coal mining, real estates, hotel, catering and entertainment, advertising, information technology, telecommunication, etc. Bertha’s experience includes auditing of multi-national companies and listed companies in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China and overseas. Bertha also has extensive experience in Initial Public Offerings in Hong Kong.

• Fellow Member, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA)
• Fellow Member, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Fellow Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
