RSM Indonesia has been Certified as Great Place to Work for the Third Consecutive Year

JAKARTA – (September 2025) – RSM Indonesia has once again been certified as a Great Place To Work® 2025, marking its third consecutive achievement since 2023. This milestone underscores RSM Indonesia’s unwavering commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and professionally enriching work environment for all employees.

This prestigious certification is based on an independent employee survey that evaluates workplace culture aspects such as trust, collaboration, company values, and employee well-being. This year, 83% of employees reported receiving training or professional development opportunities, reflecting RSM Indonesia’s dedication to nurturing internal talent sustainably.

This certification was received following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®, based on direct feedback from our employees surveyed by Great Place to Work®.
