Biography

MS Mathew, Partner in Assurance at RSM in Kuwait. He oversees statutory audit engagements across banking, investments, telecommunications, insurance, and hospitality. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kerala, India, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA – ICAI), with over 40 years of experience. He leads internal control reviews for banks and provides advisory serviceson IFRS 9, Basel frameworks, and core banking system evaluations. He has also advised multinational corporations on business restructuring and Kuwait taxation matters. He served as Chairman of the Kuwait Chapter of ICAI.
