We are pleased to share with you an important update regarding the e-CP8D system effective March 13, 2024. Please be aware that submission of e-C.P.8D and e-CP22 through e-Filing is now limited to individuals in the roles of Employer or Employer’s Representative, with only the company director authorized as the Employer, empowered to appoint representatives. As tax agents, we are unable to access the e-CP8D function on MyTax, necessitating the director's direct involvement in the process. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
