FoodChain ID, a leading provider of technology-enabled food safety, quality, and sustainability solutions, has acquired Lexagri International, a leader in the AgTech industry focused on verifying, harmonizing, structuring, and distributing global agricultural data.
Lexagri offers services that focus on data enhancement, as well as the process of harmonizing raw and unprocessed data into a standardized, validated and accessible data set.
This acquisition allows FoodChain ID to broaden the scope of regulatory and compliance content into crop protection and brand registration data, in order to serve its customers even more effectively and strengthen its reputation as a reliable source of actionable information.
