Derek How
Partner & Head, CPA Practice
Derek has many years of audit and assurance experience and has served numerous clients, including listed companies and leading firms. As Head of CPA Practice, he oversees the Firm’s assurance and tax practices.
Derek started his career at a Big 4 firm in 1996. He was with the Accountant-General’s Department under the Ministry of Finance from 2003, and was later seconded to the Public Accountants Board where he assumed the role of Acting Technical Director.
In 2004, Derek assumed the role of Head, Financial Review Division, in the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) where he headed the practice monitoring review team. Derek also represented ACRA and Singapore in overseas conferences such as the World Standards-Setters Meeting. Derek joined the Firm in Singapore in 2006.
