The RSM Client Portal is a web-based platform.

How does BMD.com work?

Access to the BMD.com platform is available via standard internet browsers and an app available in smartphone app stores. Logging in with a unique username and password takes you to your customized portal, where the desired modules are available.

Which modules are offered?

Databox

Simplifies and automates the transmission of documents to RSM.

What advantages does this module offer?

You can upload receipts directly via the platform, which we then import into our accounting system. An integrated information function immediately notifies the responsible clerk, who can assign the receipt to a posting entry. Using the app, photographed receipts can be submitted immediately. Using the "Paperless Posting" feature, the receipt is automatically entered into our accounting system.

FIBU-Functions

Allows access to various evaluations and data, giving you comprehensive insight into your accounting.

What advantages does this module offer?

You can access accounting directly and thus have access to reports approved by us, such as account sheets, balance lists, or short-term profit and loss statements. You can view the open item list and customer list, thus gaining a better overview of outstanding invoices. By accessing accounting directly, you can view the associated document for each posting, thus providing you with comprehensive transparency. With BAKAWA (bank, cash, and goods receipt journal), you can pre-enter documents and attach the original document. The pre-entered data is then checked by RSM and then automatically posted.

CRM-Functions

Allows access to shared documents archived in our system.

What advantages does this module offer?

We can release selected documents for you, giving you the opportunity to view documents stored with us: e.g. evaluations, annual financial statements, tax returns, contracts and receipts.

Payroll-Functions

Simplifies, digitizes and automates communication and records in payroll.

What advantages does this module offer?

You can enter changes to your employee master data (starts, departures, maternity leave, sick leave, etc.) on the platform; this information is then transferred to payroll. All wage and annual pay slips are made available to your employees via the portal. Employees receive separate access for this, allowing them to view previous pay slips. Travel expenses for your employees can be recorded directly. Upon your subsequent approval, this data is automatically transferred to our payroll system.
