Ray Leung
Associate Director, Valuation Advisory

With over 15 years of experience in valuation and the private equity industry, Ray Leung provides expert valuation advisory services to corporate clients. He specialises in financial valuations related to fairness opinions in transactions, IPO listings, company restructuring, financial reporting, and litigation support. His expertise spans business and equity interest valuations, intangible asset valuations, financial derivatives valuations, distressed securities analysis, and quantitative analysis.

Before joining RSM Hong Kong Advisory, Ray served as Vice President at Kroll, where he provided valuation analysis for enterprise clients. He contributed to numerous overseas listing valuation projects for large Chinese private enterprises and valuation projects related to the divestiture of Chinese investments by multinational companies. Prior to that, Ray worked in the private equity investment group at Sumitomo Bank, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, execution, post-deal monitoring, and industry analysis of the group’s global infrastructure investments. Additionally, he developed quantitative analysis models to manage private equity fund-of-funds.
