Albert is a Partner with RSM Hong Kong Advisory with over 30 years of experience in risk consulting and auditing. He specialises in internal audit, enterprise risk management, corporate governance and internal control advisory services for pre-IPO and listed companies across Hong Kong and Mainland China. 

He serves clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, retail, transportation, real estate, and wealth and investment management.

Prior to joining RSM Hong Kong Advisory, Albert was a Partner at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he provided advisory services in climate change and sustainability. including sustainability governance and risk management, to clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He also worked closely with consulting teams on engagements such as internal audit quality assessment reviews, strategy development, and finance process improvements.

Earlier in his career, Albert spent 17 years with a global risk and advisory consulting firm, where he was one of the co-founders of its Hong Kong and Mainland China practices. He was appointed as an international Country Market Leader in 2016 and led the internal audit and financial advisory practice from 2012 to 2021.

Albert began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he last held the position of Manager in the Capital Market Services Group.
