As a key member of the Corporate Services Division, Megan brings extensive corporate secretarial expertise gained from top-tier law firms, international CPA firms, corporate services firms, and a single-family office.

She has supported a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations, high-net-worth families, and financial institutions across industries such as finance, property, and telecommunications. Her expertise spans multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Mainland China, the UK, and the US.

Prior to joining RSM Hong Kong Advisory, Megan played a key role in leading in corporate secretarial projects, including a capital reduction project for a UK-based financial institution, a voluntary liquidation project for a Philippine telecom group, an office restructuring and overseas properties management project for a single-family office.
