Vivian has specialised in transfer pricing for several years and serves a wide range of clients, including small and medium enterprises, multinational corporations, and listed companies across various industries such as consumer products, commodities, electronics, automotive, shipping, real estate, telecommunications, and banking. She assists clients in transfer pricing planning, business restructuring, building defence files and operational protocols, and performing feasibility and gap analysis to achieve robust and sustainable transfer pricing models.
Vivian is also experienced in handling tax enquiries, audit cases, mutual agreement procedures, and advance pricing arrangements. She assists clients with global transfer pricing documentation projects, including the preparation of country-by-country reports, master files, and local files.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Vivian spent over 14 years with Big Four firms in Singapore and Hong Kong.
