Samuel Li

Samuel obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at Deakin University and qualified as a member of CPA Australia. He further obtained a Bachelor of Law at Manchester Metropolitan University.

He has over 10 years of experience in the auditing field. He joined RSM Hong Kong in 2011 and was promoted to partner in 2026. He has extensive experience in providing audit and assurance services to listed and non-listed clients operating in a variety of industries including pachinko, manufacturing, construction and biotech.

He is also experienced in Initial Public Offerings. He has also obtained the Executive Certificate of ESG reporting from the Hong Kong Management Association and the Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA) designation.
