Current role description

Endang is a Partner for Audit Practice at RSM Indonesia for Surabaya branch. She joined RSM Indonesia in 2019. Prior to joining RSM Indonesia, she has worked in one of public accountant firm.

Current service skills and experience

Endang has significant Audit and Assurance service experience especially in Financial Statement Audit.

Current sector or industry expertise

Endang provides services to clients from various sectors, as well as multi-nationals. She takes a client-focused approach and has the technical skills, knowledge, and ideas to provide value to clients in most industries. For the recent years she mostly delivered services for clients in Manufacture, Services and Trading sectors.

Approach to service delivery and other

Endang offers a personalised and tailored service. She takes the clients perspective when gaining a full understanding of their needs, recommending solutions, supporting their plans, and minimizing problems. Clients value her sincere service, and she can be relied on to fulfil commitments.

Endang provides detailed information about development of new regulations (tax, accounting standards, and other regulations). She periodically informs to the management the progress of the audit and the significant issue of audit finding and discuss it with the management and the audit report can be delivered on time.

• Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia
• Master of Accounting, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia
• Chartered Accountant Indonesia (CA), The IAI
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), The IAPI
• Brevet A & B, The IAI
