Meet Our Consultants

Jun Kurozumi

International Contact Partner

Jun started his career as a professional translator before he landed a job in accounting for BDO Tax Co. He was given the opportunity to work as a consultant for foreign affiliated companies before ultimately taking on corporate management roles for clients like H&M and Volvo as an outsourcing certified public tax accountant and personnel/ labor manager. After joining Shiodome Partners Group in 2012, he now leads our international team for both outbound and inbound clients.

Bernhard Michio Flasar

Manager

After graduating from universities in Austria and gaining experience in business companies in both Austria and Japan, Bernhard Michio Flasar joined Nakai Immigration Services LPC in 2006. With over 18 years in the field, he has cultivated extensive knowledge and expertise in immigration services, particularly residency status procedures. He is highly proficient in Japanese, English, and German, enabling him to provide high-quality, fully bilingual immigration consulting services to a wide range of foreign-affiliated clients, with a particular focus on European and Japanese companies. Effective July 2025, he will assume the role of Manager at RSM Shiodome Partners AS Co. following a merger.

Jonas Ceulemans

Consultant

Jonas Ceulemans specializes in international tax and cross‑border advisory, with a focus on supporting both European companies entering Japan and Japanese companies expanding into Europe. He began his career at RSM Belgium in 2018, where he gained extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, advance ruling applications, tax due diligence, international tax structuring, and corporate reorganizations across a wide range of industries.
