(Head Office: Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ryota Nishioka; hereinafter "Smart Process"), a firm specializing in process reform, AI, and digital transformation (DX) for the mobility and manufacturing sectors. Effective July 1, 2026, Smart Process has officially joined the RSM Shiodome Partners Group.

In connection with this transaction, RSM Shiodome Partners will establish a new IT Consulting Department and open a new office in Utsunomiya.

Background

RSM Shiodome Partners is a multidisciplinary professional services firm whose specialists, including CPAs, CPTAs, Social Insurance and Labor Consultants, Immigration Lawyer Gyoseishoshi, and Judicial Scriveners, deliver integrated advisory and back-office outsourcing solutions across accounting, tax, HR, labor, and legal affairs.

With IT consulting identified as a strategic growth area, the firm has been actively expanding its service capabilities to meet the increasingly diverse needs of its clients.

Smart Process, operating under the vision of "Creating the Future through Smart Processes," has delivered process reform, engineering, IT, and AI/DX advisory services to leading domestic corporations and research institutions, with a particular focus on the mobility and manufacturing sectors.

New Structure

Company Renaming
Effective July 1, 2026, Smart Process Co., Ltd. has been renamed RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited and will continue operations under its new name.

Registered Office Relocation
RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited will relocate its registered office to 33F Shiodome City Center, 1-5-2 Higashishimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Leadership
Ryota Nishioka will continue as Representative Director of RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited, and will additionally serve as Partner overseeing the newly established IT Consulting Department at RSM Shiodome Partners.

New Office
To further strengthen its service delivery capabilities and expand its presence in the Kita-Kanto region, RSM Shiodome Partners will establish a new office in Utsunomiya.
