Kazuko Katayama

General Manager

After working at a financial institution, Kazuko Katayama founded a BtoC retail business before joining Smart Process Co., Ltd. (now RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited). There she engaged extensively in marketing strategy development and implementation support for clients primarily in the manufacturing industry. Her strength lies in taking a multi-faceted view of client challenges and delivering logical, practical solutions through systems engineering and design thinking. In July 2026, in connection with RSM Shiodome Smart Process joining RSM in Japan, she was appointed General Manager, where she oversees cross-organizational operations and team management.
