Yurie Ninomiya began her career as a concierge in BtoC sales at a major consumer electronics retailer, where she developed strong communication skills and execution capabilities through wide-ranging customer interactions. This experience deepened her interest in BtoB sales and the manufacturing industry, and she made the decision to join a startup, entering Smart Process Co., Ltd. (now RSM Shiodome Smart Process Limited) to take on a new challenge. In July 2026, in connection with RSM Shiodome Smart Process joining RSM in Japan, she joined the group. She currently handles a broad range of back-office operations, supporting the team and organization as a whole from behind the scenes.
