After graduating from university, he joined the RSM Shiodome Partners in 2022. Within the Accounting & Tax Division, he provides outsourcing and compliance services to Japan subsidiaries of foreign‑affiliated companies, leveraging English‑language accounting systems to support monthly and annual reporting as well as headquarters‑focused deliverables. Through broad hands‑on experience, he contributes to the smooth operation of clients’ finance functions.

He is also involved in developing organizational frameworks to cultivate English‑proficient professionals capable of handling cross‑border engagements. In his role overseeing the Manila BPO Center, he works closely with local team members to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. He is a licensed Certified Tax Accountant.
