• Regular payroll calculation including required deductions, reimbursements and taxes for all employees (both foreign and local),  in accordance with accepted schedule;
  • Preparation of payment orders and/or SWIFT files for salary and payroll taxes payment, without entering into bank system.
  • Preparation of payslips for distribution to employees of the client;
  • HR Administration includes preparation of templates for business trips, expense reports, orders, labor agreements in accordance with Kazakhstani legislation which will be used by the client’s responsible person.

We will develop samples of the necessary internal personnel documents:

  • Sample of the employment contract
  • Sample orders (for employment, on annual vacation, on business trips, on providing a sick leave, (on granting maternity leave, study leave, about transferring to another position, about the payment of bonuses, on changes in salary, on reimbursement of expenses (on training etc.)
  • Sample of the time sheet;
  • Sample of the staff schedule;
  • Sample form on consent to the transfer and processing of personal data of the employee;
  • Sample application for deductions for tax purposes;
  • Sample of the employee's consent to work on weekends / holidays, etc.
  • The above sample documents will be developed for the client once and will be applied every time it is necessary to prepare documents for the client’s employees.
