BIOGRAPHY

  • Shady started his career in RSM Kuwait in 2015 till date.
  • He is responsible for a portfolio of client’s full preparation of Tax Returns and tax advisory services.
  • Experience in dealing with Foreign Direct Investment Law (KDIPA) in Kuwait for clients in IT sector, power & distribution sector and construction sector.
  • FATCA & CRS assessment and implementing projects to identify the gaps and develop the client’s file (i.e., registration with IRS, legal entity analysis, on boarding processes, policies, system changes and reporting mechanisms as per AEOI rules).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Bani-Sweif university, Egypt.

SOLUTIONS

  • Drafting the Income Tax, Zakat & National Labor Support Tax (NLST) tax declarations based on the practice of the Ministry of Finance in Kuwait for real estate, investment, information technology, software, banking, insurance, engineering, construction and contracting companies.
  • Drafting FATCA & CRS reports based on the practice of the Ministry of Finance in Kuwait and global law issued from IRS & OECD.
