• Chartered Accountant and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Attended an executive training program on Business Valuations conducted by the International Association of Consultants, Valuers and Analysts (IACVA)

In a career spanning over a decade, Mathew has completed stints at Fortune 500 entities such as Oracle, having worked with their Financial Planning & Analysis team, before joining RSM Albazie Consulting W.L.L. in 2006.  Prior to that, he worked with a leading Business Advisory firm in India as well as Ocwen, a financial services holding company. He has handled external audits, prepared management information system (MIS) reports and worked in multiple corporate finance consulting assignments. Since his employment with RSM Albazie Consulting, Mathew has worked on valuation advisory, business advisory & transaction advisory engagements and is currently a Director within the department.  His experience in this field encompasses:

• Spearheading financial due diligence across multiple sectors
• Performing business valuations across  multiple sectors
• Providing Transaction Support including Data room set up and drafting Term Sheets and SPAs
• Supporting Litigation claims
• Carrying out feasibility studies
• Corporate Debt and operational restructuring
• Purchase Price Allocations
