Experience in dealing with Foreign Direct Investment Law (KDIPA) in Kuwait for clients in IT sector, power & distribution sector and construction sector.
FATCA & CRS assessment and implementing projects to identify the gaps and develop the client’s file (i.e., registration with IRS, legal entity analysis, on boarding processes, policies, system changes and reporting mechanisms as per AEOI rules).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Bani-Sweif university, Egypt.
