Jolanta Ruzgienė is the founder of RSM in Lithuania, a certified Lithuanian auditor, and the managing partner. She has been leading Audifina since the very beginning of its operations in 2002. Over her 20 years at Audifina, Jolanta has gained extensive and unique experience providing audit services, financial and tax due diligence, accounting and tax consulting, as well as bond trustee services to local and international companies across various sectors.

Jolanta is responsible for the development of RSM in Lithunania's operations, collaboration with partners, and representing the company within the business community. She is a person who embraces change, believes in the importance of teamwork, and encourages continuous team development and innovation within the company.
