Why is quality important to us?

Quality is not about documents or procedures. It is our mindset, decisions, and responsibility in our daily work.
By acting according to clear values, shared rules, and agreed objectives, we build trust – among colleagues, with clients, and within society. This empowers us to take responsibility with confidence, act professionally, and know that every task we perform has purpose.

The Quality Policy helps us not only meet requirements but also grow, improve, and remain reliable in the long term. It reminds us that quality begins with each of us and becomes a collective strength of the organization.

RSM in Lithuania is committed to providing services that meet client needs, applicable professional standards, and legal requirements, and to continuously improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) and its effectiveness.

To fulfill this commitment, we:

  • comply with the International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) and voluntarily apply the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022.
  • deliver services responsibly, adhering to ethical and independence principles, assessing risks related to client acceptance and continuity of business relationships, and refraining from providing services to clients subject to international sanctions or restrictive measures;
  • manage operations using a process-based approach and risk-based thinking, continuously improving processes and the effectiveness of the IMS;
  • implement measures to protect organizational and client information by managing confidentiality, availability, and integrity risks;
    care for employee well‑being and encourage their professional development, growth of competencies, and personal accountability for the quality of work and services;
  • allocate the necessary resources to ensure long-term organizational success and maintain service quality;
  • maintain transparent, timely, and effective communication with employees, clients, and other interested parties.

This Quality Policy forms the basis for IMS quality objectives, which are reviewed periodically and used to evaluate organizational performance and ensure continuous improvement.

The organization’s management is responsible for implementing the Quality Policy and reviews it at least once a year or when significant operational or requirement changes occur.

Information security is essential for preserving the organization’s reputation, reliability, and trust – inseparable from service quality and long-term organizational success.

This Information Security Policy helps us not only meet applicable requirements but also continuously strengthen the organization’s resilience, information security maturity, and employee awareness.
