Global Employer Services Manager

Pauline is working as a Manager for RSM Switzerland, in the Global Employer Services team.  

After a Master in Business & Law from HEC Lausanne and a CAS in Global Mobility Management by Zurich University, Pauline joined RSM at the beginning of 2020 as a senior consultant.  

In her day-to-day work, she advises employers, employees and private individuals about individual and employment tax, Swiss and international social security & pension, immigration and compensation & benefits. 

Pauline is keen to track legal developments to always be up to date when giving advice. She as acquired strong knowledge of short- and long-term incentive plans and is keeping a close eye on legal and practical developments.

Passionate about tax, Pauline likes to listen to clients' needs and concerns to find a tailor-made solution.
