Mr. Trung is the Deputy Director and Head of Construction Audit Services at RSM Vietnam. He possesses extensive experience in the audit of completed construction projects and in consulting on the preparation of final project settlement reports.

Holding a Professional Certificate in Construction Cost Estimation Engineering and a Professional Certificate in Bidding Practices, Mr. Trung has accumulated over 20 years of experience in auditing and verifying the final accounts of completed investment projects.

Prior to joining RSM Vietnam, Mr. Trung worked at Vietnam Auditing Company (VACO) starting from 2001. Over the course of his career, he has developed in-depth expertise in auditing final settlement reports of completed capital investment projects, verifying project settlement values, and advising on the preparation of final settlement documentation. His work has particularly focused on large state-owned enterprises and key ministries such as the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
