Nghia brings over 22 years of experience in the accounting and auditing profession, before joining RSM Vietnam as Partner and Head of the Central Vietnam Branch. With extensive expertise in auditing and advisory services, Nghia has gained strong recognition and trust from executive boards of clients for his leadership in delivering audit and consulting engagements for a wide range of organizations, including state-owned corporations, large-scale enterprises, listed companies, public entities, and foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs).

In his role as Partner, Nghia is actively involved in overseeing and directing the operations of RSM Vietnam. Drawing on his deep knowledge of finance and accounting, he also regularly contributes to professional training, capacity-building initiatives, and staff development programs, while providing clients with updates and insights on evolving tax, finance, and accounting regulations.
