Jainam Gandhi

Manager

Jainam is a Manager in the Insurance Assurance Services practice, based in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the audit and assurance industry, including the past four years in the Cayman Islands, where he has provided assurance services to clients in the captive insurance and reinsurance sectors.

Before joining RSM in December 2025, Jainam gained experience in the reinsurance industry with a Y Combinator–backed startup specializing in Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) reinsurance services.

Jainam brings international experience, having worked in both India and the Cayman Islands. His diverse skill set includes auditing across multiple sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and corporate clients listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India.

He is highly skilled in the application of both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and IFRS Accounting Standards along with extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
