Director

Kia is an Assurance Director* in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM. She has over 12 years of experience in auditing in the Philippines (serving clients in Australia) and the Cayman Islands. The past 9 years have been spent in the Cayman Islands where Kia specializes in providing assurance services to the asset management industry primarily focused on hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity and venture capital.

Kia has extensive experience in the application of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS) along with extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

RSM Cayman focuses primarily on providing audit services to the financial services industry through its affiliation with RSM US LLP and membership of RSM International, the 6^th largest global firm of accountants. RSM Cayman is the 5^th largest audit firm in the Cayman Islands, is an approved auditor of regulated entities by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and is also an approved auditor in the BVI, Bermuda and certain other Caribbean jurisdictions.
