Sarah is an Assurance Manager based in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM. She has over 5 years of experience providing audit and assurance services to clients across the financial services and asset management sectors.

She has been involved in audits for a wide range of clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital entities, and cryptocurrency-focused funds. Sarah’s experience spans decentralized and centralized digital asset entities such as tokenized funds, DAOs, exchanges, and venture-backed blockchain investment vehicles. She also has experience with statutory entities, nonprofit organizations, and commercial businesses. She is well-versed in auditing digital asset holdings, valuation methodologies, and related internal control environments. She is highly skilled in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
