José Manuel Romero brings to RSM over 20 years of strategic experience in international tax advisory, corporate structuring, and commercial law. He specializes in guiding multinational corporations and economic groups through complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining RSM Dominican Republic, José Manuel built a distinguished career in the legal and consulting sectors, with a particular emphasis on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and strategic tax planning. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University, along with specialized studies in Madrid, Paris, and The Hague, providing him with a unique global perspective tailored to the Dominican market. His deep expertise will be central to the firm’s growth strategy and its commitment to excellence.

In addition to his professional practice, José Manuel actively contributes to academic and public policy development as a visiting professor and member of several international legal and fiscal associations.
