Oracle’s NetSuite Release 2 includes enhancements for the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. Users can now easily blend standard NetSuite transactional data with custom data. Additionally, enhancements to the pre-built visualization capabilities (new data visualization and bundling capabilities) allow decision-makers to quickly see KPIs and identify trends.

Microsoft adds default protection against RDP brute-force attacks in Windows 11

Microsoft has been taking steps to prevent Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) brute-force attacks as part of the latest builds for the Windows 11 operating system. The default policy for Windows 11 since Preview builds 22528.1000 will automatically lock accounts for 10 minutes after 10 invalid sign-in attempts. This technique is very commonly used in Human Operated Ransomware and other attacks, and this control will make brute forcing much harder.

Cisco hacked by Yanluowang ransomware gang, 2.8GB allegedly stolen

Cisco confirmed that the Yanluowang threat actors gained access to Cisco's network, and revealed that the attackers could only harvest and steal non-sensitive data from a folder linked to a compromised employee's account. The attack was conducted through convicing a Cisco employee to accept multi-factor authentication (MFA) push notifications through MFA fatigue, which is an attack tactic where threat actors send a constant stream of MFA requests to annoy a target in the hopes that they will finally accept one to stop them from being generated.
